Sara Sargent, RN
Sara received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the State Univerisity of New York at Buffalo in 2005. She began her career at South Buffalo Mercy in their Cardiac Telemetry Unit, and then moving on to Labor and Delivery, Perinatal Testing and Maternity. Sara decided to expand her career in 2015, and completed her training to become a Colon Hydrotherapist. Sara opened Southtowns Colon Hydrotherapy in 2016, where she continues to help the community enhance their health and wellness.

Juli Lazzaro, RN, MSN, CNM, APRN
Juli Lazzaro holds a degree as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner with a certification in Nurse Midwifery and GYN care and is board-certified as a APRN (Advanced Practice RN) Her educational journey, coupled with years of clinical experience, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between weight, hormones, and overall health.

Kim Mecca, RN, CNM
A married mother of two, Kim lives in the suburbs of Buffalo. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
As a midwife, my goal is to provide compassionate, competent care that is focused on education and illness prevention. I try to provide the people I take are of with options and work in partnership with them so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

Melissa Rosner, RN, NNP
Melissa is a native of Buffalo with a long standing career here in the area. She started her medical career at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital as a nurse's aide in 1999. She then pursued her formal education at Trocaire College and earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science as a Registered Nurse. Melissa found her niche in the maternal child setting, spending over 15 years there. Melissa decided to expand her education, and later graduated from Stony Brook University in 2014, receiving a Masters of Science in Neonatology. Presently, Melissa works full time as a Neonatal Nurse Practioner at Oishei Childrens Hospital.

Kellsie Cromwell, RN
Kellsie received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester in 2017. She has experience working in an outpatient GI Center, but has spent a majority of her career as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Kellsie currently works at Oishei Children’s Hospital caring for the tiniest patients in Buffalo. After spending a few years living in New York City, Kellsie is excited to be back in the Buffalo area and join this wonderful team!

Denise Perry, RN
Denise received her degree from Trocare College in 1998. Started her career in emergency medicine at Millard Gates as well as South Buffalo Mercy Hospital. She was also a volunteer paramedic for her community for 15 years.. Moved on to Labor and Delivery for 10 years and on to pediatrics and GI. After leaving South Buffalo Mercy Hospital in 2018, worked as a school nurse for Buffalo public schools for 4 years and more recently at the Center for Ambulatory Services in the GI unit.

Shannon Jerome, RN
While raising 3 teenage boys, I got my bachelors degree in business admin in 1998. I worked in Human Resources for few years than went back to school for my RN at trocaire.
Started my nursing career working at Millard Fillmore gates hospital and worked in cardiac cath lab. Took a few years off to raise my boys than started working at vascular outpatient facility and still work there for 12 years. Also started working at Buffalo General hospital in vascular and interventional radiology procedure labs. Have been at buffalo general for 5 years.

Mary Ann Anderson, MSN, ANP-BC
MaryAnn Anderson is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of acute care experience. She is currently practicing in intensive care, and pursing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. MaryAnn has developed a strong interest in medical aesthetics throughout her career. She has a passion for providing individualized patient care that is unique to her patient’s goals and concerns. MaryAnn strives to help her patients not only look good, but to also feel good about themselves.

I am a mother of 3. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal justice. I also have my Cosmetology license and became a Certified Reiki Master in December of 2015. My goal is to provide care based on individualized needs, wants and concerns. Reiki is a Japanese technique that treats the whole person. It is beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing of mind, body and spirit.
