Results will vary by frequency of use. The more your skin is exposed to Red Light, the speedier results you will see.

WE RECOMMEND USING THE RED LIGHT BED 3-5 TIMES A WEEK DURING THE FIRST MONTH TO KICK START THE RESULTS.  

THEN FOLLOWED BY 2-3 SESSIONS PER WEEK UNTIL DESIRED RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED.
