Meet Jennifer, Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Expert

Jennifer began her career in healthcare by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2003. She has worked at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, and then in the DC area working with heart and lung transplant patients, diabetics, and general medicine as a Dietitian. With a desire to continue her education, she returned to Buffalo, NY and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from DYouville College in 2019. She spent time working at Buffalo General in the ILCU and has now been working with Catholic Health as an Infusion Nurse. However, her passion remains nutrition with a goal of helping clients adopt a realistic approach to proper nutrition. When not working, you can find Jennifer busy with her two active boys, watching their sporting events, running, camping, hiking, or cooking. She has completed many races from 5ks to full marathons, including the Boston Marathon. Jennifer is looking forward to helping people reach their optimal health and wellness!

Why You Should Consider Working With a Nutritionist

  • Nutrition is at the heart of every system in the body — from energy and immunity to mood and metabolism. Yet, with so much conflicting information online, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure about what’s truly best for you. A registered dietitian brings clarity, structure, and accountability to your health journey. Here are a few reasons to work with a nutrition professional:

  • Personalized Guidance

No two bodies are the same. A nutritionist helps you find what truly works for you, creating a customized plan that takes your goals, preferences, and health history into account.

  • Science-Based Recommendations

Forget fad diets and quick fixes. Every recommendation is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and tailored to long-term success.

  • Support for Health Conditions

From diabetes, PCOS, and high cholesterol to digestive disorders and food sensitivities, a dietitian helps you manage or improve symptoms through food and lifestyle strategies.

  • Accountability and Motivation

Consistency can be hard - especially when you’re on your own. Regular check-ins and coaching help you stay focused and make meaningful progress.

  • A Relationship with Food That Feels Good

Learn how to eat intuitively, enjoy your meals, and nourish yourself without guilt or confusion.
